Pls answer fast

A ) what will be the pO2 in systemic capillaries supplying blood to cells of body tissue
B) mention pCO2 in alveolar sacs
C)mention the importance of difference in partial pressure of gases in the process of respiration

Dear student,

The pressure of oxygen and carbon-dioxide is same in alveolar sacs and systemic capillaries because the arterial blood that reaches the systemic capillaries is essentially the same blood that left the alveolar sacs of lungs by means of pulmonary veins.

(A) and (B) PO2 = 100 mm Hg and PCO2 = 40 mm Hg.

(C) The difference in partial pressures of oxygen and carbon-dioxide is important because the gases diffuse from areas of higher partial pressures to areas of lower partial pressures.
