Dear Student, 

a. Pitutary gland also known as master gland of our body as it is responsible for secretions of many hormone. It is situated at the base of brain.

b.  1- anterior pitutary  2- posterior pitutary 3-  neurosecretory cell's

c. The secretions by posterior pituatary are two hormones- oxytocin (at the time of child birth, also responsible for secretion of milk)  and antidiuretic hormone ( it checks water balance in body and sodium level in blood). 
Lack of Antidiuretic hormone can cause increased urine and thirst leading to diabetes insipidus.
