a. Mashirlal in order to set up his jaggery manufacturing unit would require the following:

i. He would require fixed / physical capital in terms of machinery, 
equipments to carry on the processing, Mashirlal would require sugarcane crushers.
ii. He would also need working capital to buy raw materials that is sugarcane from the farmers, also to pay his electricity bills and meet his other daily requirements.

b. In Mishrilal's manufacturing unit, labour is provided by the family themselves, very rarely labour from outside is hired and the production is done at home or fields.
c. Mishrilal is unable to make huge profit because of the less demand in Palampur, production is on a smaller scale.
d. Circumstances where Mishrilal may incur loss would be :

i. In case of draught like situation or nay other natural calamity that might struck the village or neraby ares, it will impact the demand
ii Further , if electricity and transportation costs goes up, he will face loss
iii. In case of bad sugarcane harvest it would impact his production
iv. Also if there is a breakdown of machinery, he would incur loss

e.  In Palampur, there is less demand for jaggery , thus, Mishrilal is compelled to sell jaggery outside his village
In Shahpur town, people from nearby villages come and purchase things, further here traders sell products, thus, there is more demand for jaggery in Shahpur. Hence, Mishrilal sells his jagger to traders here with a view to make profit
