The company pays competitive salaries and perks to all employees and they are happy working in the organisation because of personal growth and development. Thus, it has met the personal objectives of its employees by harmonising organisational objectives and personal goals.

3. Social Objectives:
The company has a strong sense of social responsibility. It has set up an engineering college in which one-third of the students are girls and to whom the company gives 50% scholarship.
