Pls anyone tell what is the format when we write an enquiry and complaint letter?

Dear Student.

All the formats of writing section questions are given on the website in the grammar section. Kindly go through it and feel free to ask us in case of any query.

1. first you write senders address
2. then a line is left. after it, we write the receiver adress
3. again leave a line and then write subject of letter (that is purpose for writhing a letter for complain and enquiry)
4. then write  sir and start writing the letter
5. divide your letter in 3 para
6. end by salutation like yours truly, sincerely and at end write the name

sorry i forget to add one thing which is after senders address we leave line to  write date and then the senders adress.
