pls can someone tell the meaning and differences between girdle and limb. (pls dnt give any sofisticated ans)..?

Dear student,
Girdle means the structure which can be enclosed or it simply means encircling any portion of body. Two types of girdle are there in human body pelvic girdle which encloses the lower limb. Pectoral girdle encloses the upper limb. Limb means the projecting portion of body used for movement and grasping like legs and arms in humans. 
Girdle is the structure to hold limbs whereas limbs are the structure which helps in movement, support and grasping.
