pls explain defining relative clause & non defining relative clause .

In defining relative clauses, there is information provided about the person or thing we are talking about.
Example - Child that play well are very sharp.
In non-defining relative clauses, we get more information about the person or thing we are talking about. It is possible to give an idea about the subject without including this information.
Example - My brother, who is a year old , is very naughty. (The age of the brother is not very important here but the main idea is that he is naughty)
