Pls give some starting lines of speech on Swaraj as being a chief guest and some relevant points on it

Dear Student
You can start the Speech in the below given manner :
"What a lovely gathering ! And a very warm greetings to everyone present here.I would like to thank the organisers for inviting me as a chief guest. And to all of you for taking out time from the busy schedule.Let me tell you , you all are going to enjoy this time as I will share some interesting ideas about Swaraj."
Then you may use the following points in your speech:

• "Swaraj is my birth right and I shall have it" as rightly quoted by Shri Bal Gangadhar Tilak, still holds the ground .
• Swaraj also known as self rule was a word coined by Swami Dayanand Saraswati, ideology was that God created all men free and so they are free to make their choices instead of being slaves of british rule 
• later, the concept got popularised by Mahatma Gandhi, who laid stress on Indian Independence from foreign rule 
• Meaning of Swaraj was to have a Self governance , person elected by the people of India which was against the hierarchical rule of Britishers
• Lal-Bal-Pal , the legendary trio , too did a lot in their own manner to fight for Swaraj
• Swaraj was important as it would help gain self respect and become self reliant
• Still relevant for us today , as caught up in the symptoms of brutal violence, corruption , polluted environment , anti social elements ,degradation of cultures and moral values
• As the freedom fighters led us to independence by fighting against the wrong , to have self rule , 
• We should as well fight against these enemies of our lives and gain total control over selves 
• So can lead a life full of confidence and good moral values
