11. A body moves from rest with a uniform acceleration and travels 270 m in 3 s. Find the velocity of the body at 10 s after the start.

Dear Student,

Given, u = 0,

s = 270m in time t =3s

v =? at time t = 10s

First we find acceleration of body a =?

We use, s = ut + 0.5 at²

=> 270 = 0*3 + 0.5*a*3*3

=> a = 540/9 = 60m/s²

Now, velocity of train after 10s.

v = u +at

=> v = 0 + 60*10 = 600 m/s
