x+y = 2xyx-y = 6xy______________2x     = 8xy⇒2x-8xy=0⇒2x(1-4y) = 0⇒x(1-4y)=0⇒ x = 0          or      1-4y = 0⇒x=0             or      4y = 1⇒ x = 0         or          y = 14Now,When x=0x+y=2xy ⇒0+y = 2*0*y ⇒y=0And,When y = 14x+y=2xy ⇒x+14 = 2*x*(14)⇒x+14=x2⇒x-x2 = -14⇒2x-x2 = -14⇒ x=2*-14 = -12Therefore, There are 2 possible cases (x=0;y=0)  and (x=-12;y=14)
