Pls tell me the ans of this

Dear student,
The HDR (Human Development Report) presents the HDI (Human Development Index) on the parameters of literacy rates, health amenities, living standards, etc. However, the HDI (Human Development Index) is a tool created to measure the overall achievement of a country in its social and economic aspects. The HDI can be calculated by combining four main indicators:
  • Life expectancy
  • Anticipated years of schooling
  • Average of years at school for education
  • Gross National Income per capita for quality living
As in this table, infant mortality rate and literacy rate are mentioned for three different states of India, we can get to know about the developmental conditions of these states. Here, the literacy rate of Bihar is 47% which is the lowest than the other two states Punjab and Kerala with a literacy rate of 70% and 91% respectively. Besides, infant mortality rate is also high for Bihar which indicates lesser life expectancy. As this literacy rate and life expectancy are directly related to HDI, Bihar will be considered as the state with the lowest HDI.
