Pls tell me the correct ones

please make correction in options.

Fibroblasts, the most common mammalian connective tissue cells, form fibrous supporting structures consisting of collagen and other extracellular matrix (ECM) molecules. The flat, elongated cells vary in shape from stellate  to fusiform and spindle shaped, with cytoplasmic processes present in connective tissue.

Plasma cells release Histamine in small quantity whereas Mast cells release it in high amount.

The lipid droplets in adipose tissue can be unilocular and/or multilocular. Unilocular cells contain a single large lipid droplet which pushes the cell nucleus against the plasma membrane, giving the cell a signet-ring shape. Single large lipid vacuole is found in  the white fat cell and the numerous smaller lipid vacuoles (Multilocular) in the brown fat. So statement c is incorrect.

An alveolar macrophage (or dust cell) is a type of macrophage, a professional phagocyte, found in the pulmonary alveoli, near the pneumocytes, but separated from the wall. It is there in lungs.
