In order to find the arithmetic mean we need to first convert the
inclusive series into exclusive series

Find the difference between the Upper limit of the first class
and the lower limit of the second class
Divide this difference by 2
Subtract the value found from each lower limit and add it to
each upper limit

X=A+Σfd'Σf×iX=44 5+-2030×10X=37 83
