Three Importance of Staffing are as follows - 1) It helps in finding out competent and qualified persons for variety of jobs in the organization. 2) It helps in increasing the job satisfaction of the employees and motivates them. 3) It estimates the manpower requirements in advance and has to train existing personnel for career advancement. This will meet the future needs of company. Regards
