As we know the gravity changes as we go higher from the earth. In the earth, the gravity is constant and mass also constant.
Height of above 200km surface of earth, gravity will be g=9.23 m/s2
w=mg
294(given) = m x 9.8
m= 294/9.8 = 30 kg (constant mass).
W= mxg = 30x9.23 = 276 newton.
