Dear Student

Ratio, Mr. Simar : Mr. Parth = 4:3.

As per the question, after the admission of Mr. Upay Singh,
The ratio between Mr. Parth and Mr. Upay Should be  4 : 3, As well as Ratio between   Mr. Simar and Mr. Parth should be maintained at  4 : 3.

This simply means that
Mr Simar: Mr. Parth Mr. Parth: Mr. Upay Singh
4:3 4:3

We know that a:b and b:c = a:b:c if b is same in both the expressions.

therefore, in the above ratio between partners, we would multiply such that Mr. Parth of both the expressions come same
Mr. Simar : Mr. Parth Mr. Parth : Mr. Upay Singh
4:3 or 16:12 4:3 or 12:9

Therefore applying a:b and b:c = a:b:c here, Ratio between Mr. Simar : Mr. Parth : Mr. Upay Singh = 16:12:9.

To maintain same profit sharing we see that a:b should share 4:3 and b:c should also be 4:3 a:b:c will be get when we make b in such a manner that it is shares 3/7 profits with a and 4/7 profits with c therefore we multiply b with 4*3 =12 and similarly make it equivalent to others as well as therefore new par 16:12:9
