In my opinion, the correct answer should be option B) 3.284 atm.

The question has not said anything about the temperature change after the reaction has occurred. If we still take the same initial temperature i.e. 27oC (or 300 K) to be the final temperature as well, then we can solve this query using the ideal gas equation. The volume will be taken as 15 L only as since ammonia is a gas and it will occupy the whole container. So addition of water will not change the volume.

So apply the ideal gas equation:
pV = nRT
=> p = nVRT = 215×0.0821×300 = 3.284 atm
