Dear student 
Let the distance between A and B is x km
From A to B train travels wih speed 60 km/hr
Time taken by train on going from A to B = x/60 hr.
From B to A train travels with speed 80 km/hr 
Time taken by train coming from B to A = x/80 hr 
i) Average speed = Total distance travelled / total time taken 
                                                                                                                                                                                                                   
 = x+ xx60+x80= 2x4x+3x240= 4807 km/hr= 68.57 km/hr 
ii)  Average velocity = Total displacement / Total time 
The particle is at initial position here , So net displacement = 0 km 
So Average velocity = 0 / Time taken 
Average velocity = 0 km/h
