What is BKM, insulin, mice, vaccine, adjuvant, toxin???

Insulin is a hormone secreted by pancreas that maintains the level of glucose in blood.

Mice is a rodent which is used as model organism for number of experiments. It has a pointed snout, a lengthy tail, round ears etc.

A vaccine is a preparation that stimulates an immune response which can prevent an infection or create resistance to an infection. The vaccine contains weakened pathogen of the disease which stimulates immune system in our body and antibodies develop against this pathogen such that when our body encounters the same pathogen for the next time it can be easily countered.
