Dear Student,

The correct answer is option (c).

Generative cell is surrounded by two plasma membranes but lacks a definite cell wall. A callose wall is present between the two membranes. At the time of joining of callose to intine, the vegetative cell starts to bulge out into the vegetative cell and finally pinched off which results into the joining of free margins of callose. Thus, the cell wall becomes disappeared and the generative cell lies freely in the cytoplasm of vegetative cell.
