Dear student, A's and B's together capital is (54000+36000) Rs 90,000...... C's share is 1/3 and remaining share ie 2/3 is of A &B....... Now, Total capital of the firm is= 90,000× 3/2= Rs 135000 and C' share will be 1/3×135000= Rs 45,000 (B)........ Regards!!
