Kezia was afraid of her father because of his strict attitude. She had never got to talk or play with him unlike the children of Mr Macdonald. When Kezia saw Mr. Macdonald laughing, taking care of and playing with his children, she thought that he was a different kind of father because, for her, a father is always busy, angry, rude and strict.
