(b) Stability of Tenure: This principle states that employee turnover should be minimized to achieve maximum organizational efficiency. They should be selected after a rigorous procedure. After they are placed on the job they should be kept in their position for a minimum fixed tenure so that they are able to settle in the job and are able to show good results. If they are moved frequently from their jobs it will lead to a sense of insecurity and instability in their mind
