Q.Why does Ruskin Bond feel that a hill station and a valley might have been a paradise???

i want this answer quick so plzz post before sa-2 exams......

Ruskin Bond was born on a hill station and he has a love for such places. In 'A Short Monsoon Diary' he visits a hill station and looking at the beauty of the place he writes that it might have been a paradise. In the rainy season, it looked very peaceful and lovely, and resembled a paradise to him.
