Cuticle: The epidermal cells in the plant secrete a waxy substance called cutin which forms a layer of variable thickness called the cuticle. It is present within and on the outer surface of the cell walls.
Chlorophyll: It is a green pigment located within the thylakoid membrane of chloroplast.
Palisade cells are present on the upper side of the leaf.
