the poetic device in 1st line - imagery
in 4th line                             - alliteration and personification
and the cmplete paragraph is in continuation without any punchuation so poetic device is enjabment
then in 2nd paragraph  1st line - onomatopeia and assonance 
in 3rd line                                  - again assonance
