taking P(x,y) and R(m,n)
P divides AB in the ratio 1:4
P(x,y) = (7(1)+2(4)/5 , (-4)(1)+6(4)/5)
=(7+8/5 , 24-4/5)
=(3,4)
R divides AB in the ratio 3:2
R(m,n)= (7(3)+2(2)/5 , (-4)(3)+6(2)/5)
=(21+4/5 , 12-12/5)
=(5,0)
therefore the coordinates are P(3,4) and R(5,0)
