potato,brinjal and wheat belong to how many species and genus..?

In classification, an organism is grouped under one category like an organism can only be under one genus, class, family, kingdom etc. So they cannot belong to multiple categories.  Similarly, Potato, brinjal and wheat belong to their particular genus respectively and represent a particular species.
