2 Chapatis , 1 medium sized fish , 1/4 a cup of sabzi ( with vegetables such as beans , peas ,carrots , onions , potatoes ,etc. ) , A spoon of yoghurt and a little bit of ghee to be added to the Chapatis as the source of fats , in this meal plan it's possible to see that food items have been taken from each food group.??
