Primary data can take the form of secondary data. Do you agree?

Dear student,
Secondary refers to 'a second hand information'. These are not originally collected rather obtained from already published or unpublished sources i.e., Primary data. So, yes I agree that primary data can take the form of secondary data. Secondary data is originally primary data but becomes secondary data when used by a third party.
