Correct option is (A) CO2.
This is because, the central atom in NO2 and SO2 have 1 and 2 lone pairs of electrons respectively. So, they are sp2 (trigonal plannar) and sp3 (tetrahedral) hybridised and as the lone pairs are present in empty hybridised orbital, they have bent structures. In the case of SiO2, 3p-2p orbital pi bond formation is not stable, so SiO2 forms a polymeric structure and is having tetrahedral shape.
Thus, only CO2, which has sp2 hybridisation has linear structure as there is no lone pair of electrons.
