Real time Gross Settlement i.e RTGS is a fund transfer used to transfer money in foreign.If you dont have a bank account and you want to pay in foreign,you can pay with the help of RTGS

Also, National Electronic Fund Transfer i.e  is a fund transfer used to transfer or pay money but within the boundary of a country. It also does not need any Bank account
