Dear student,

a) The first two steps of staffing process are:

i) Estimating manpower requirement: It involves making estimate of the number and kind of personnel required.
ii) Recruitment/ Searching: It involves looking for suitable candidates for job and persuading them to apply for the job.

b) The selection is under process, it involves choosing the right candidate through interview, group discussion, etc.
The next two steps are:

i) Induction and placement: In this the selected employees are made familiar with the working environment. 
ii) Training and development: It includes training the new employees to improve their competence and to upgrade their skills as per the job requirement.
