Hi, From the given info we can say that z hour x minutes = y hour z minutes - x hours y minutes60z+x = 60y+z-60x-y59z+61x= 59 y 
1 Also z hour x minutes≤24 hour 60z+x≤24
2here we have 2 linear equation but variables are three so kindly recheck the question as it cannot be solved
