We have,perimeter of the circular field = 660 m⇒2πr = 660   radius of the circular plot⇒2 × 227 × r = 660⇒r = 105 mNow, diameter of the field = 2r = 2×105 = 210 mSo, AC = 210 mNow, we know that each angle of a square is a right angle
So, ∠ABC = 90°In ∆ABC,      AC2 = AB2 + BC2    Pythagoras theorem⇒2102 = AB2 + AB2     as, length of each side of square is equal⇒2AB2 = 210⇒AB2 = 105⇒AB = 105 marea of square ABCD = AB2 = 105 m2
