b- The normal shape of the graph is sigmoid.
c- From the graph it is clear that when partial pressure of oxygen is 20 mm of Hg, 30% of Haemoglobin is saturated with oxygen.
d- This graph is useful in studying effects of factors like pCO2   , Hconcentration etc. on binding of Owith haemoglobin.
