Q. A plasma membrane is a selectively-permeable membrane while a cell wall is.....
A. Semi-permeable
B. Fully permeable
C. Selectively permeable
D. Non-permeable

Dear Student,
A cell wall is non permeable means it doesn't allow passage at all. It doesn't not facilitate any mode of transport and is made up of lignin and cellulose.  SO OPTION D IS CORRECT.
