(ii) | C | Mg |
D | E |
Dear student
A is NaHSO4 + HCl
Reaction is H2SO4 + NaCl → NaHSO4 + HCl.
This hydrogen chloride is passed through a drying agent and is collected by upward displacement of air, which is B.
Mg3N2 + 6H2O ----> 3Mg(OH)3 + NH3
So C is Mg3N2 + 6H2O
and D is CaO ( Drying agent)
E: Ammonia is collected by downward displacement of air.
