Q. Explain the meaning of this line

Over thy wounds now d I prophesy
Which, like dumb mouths, do ope their ruby lips
To beg the voice and utterance of my tounge--
A curse shall light upon the limbs of men

Mark Antony is playing the crowd to the fullest. He's using melodrama to inflame passion. He likens Caesar's wounds to tongue-less mouths (which, actually, is simile not personification - the wounds are likened to mouths, not stated to be alive). These "mouths" borrow Mark Antony's tongue (this is where the personification occurs, the mouths now being able to interact with Mark Antony and borrow his tongue [metaphor for his words]).?

Mark Antony thus makes Caesar's wounds speak out against the conspirators.?

The lines are testament to Shakespeare's genius in using figures of speech effortlessly while staying within the constraints of Iambic Pentameter.?

Hope this helps.
