Q. In given figure if XY = DE, XY || DE and EF || YZ, prove that  X Y Z   D E F .

Point Z can be moved right or left and the conditions would still be true i.e XY = DE, XY || DE and EF || YZ
so this does not seem to be true i.e. need be congruent triangles???
