Dear Student,

Such questions are made for enhancing the self creative skills and should be tried answering on your own. However, here are a few points that will help you in framing your answer:
  • The Indian Judicial system comprises a central body of justice for the entire country and whose verdict is the final one, called the Supreme Court. It takes care of the matters of national importance.
  • Each state in the country also has its own judiciary that takes care of the issues of the state, called the High Court.
  • If the case is not solved in the High Court, it can be pleaded in the Supreme Court.
  • Each district of a state has a Session Court that deals with the issues at the district level.
  • Each Session Court is chaired by a Chief Metropolitan magistrate, Chief Judicial Magistrate and an Assistant Senior Judge.
