Dear studentThe accelaration due to gravity is given byg=GMr2Here we can see that g is independent of density but depends on radius.Now since gis inversely proportinal to r then the greater radii will have smaller g.Hence option (2) is correct.regards

g = GM/r sq.
When radius is small g is high.
