1. Teachers of government schools used to forced parents to vote for PRI.
2. All those who were employed in govt. offices and were working in govt. sectors had to attempts the party meetings.
3. They bribed media because of which media largely ignored the activities of opposition political party except to criticize them.
4. It spent a large sum of money in campaigning and also bribing people to vote for them.
5. The pooling booths were shifted from one place to another in last moment so that the people who were voting for other parties will face difficulty in voting.
