Ortho-nitrophenol is more volatile than others. for understanding the reason of volatile nature firstly you have to understand what is volatility . volatile means compound is present in vapour phase. so if a compound having low boiling point it have high volatility.
o-nitrophenol have low boiling point due to its intra molecular hydrogen bonding while other isomers have intermolecular hydrogen bonding so high boiling point.
