Q. Why beta particles are more deviated than alpha particles?

Here we assume that the particles are in electric field. Because the case mentioned in the question is satisfied in electric field.
Beta particles are negatively charged. Beta particles are fast moving electrons with a very low mass and they  have a high charge to mass density. Therefore they are deflected much more than the alpha particles.
