Q : You have prepared a saturated solution of sugar. Is it possible to dissolve some more grams of sugar to this solution? Justify.

A saturated solution is a solution which contains that much solute which (maximum amount) can be dissolved at any particular temperature.

When a sugar solution is saturated, it contains maximum amount of sugar, which can be dissolved at that temperature. So it is not possible to dissolve more sugar at that temperature, unless the temperature is increased.
