Values which are deficient in this plan
First is Safety towards its employees. They are the crucial part of the organisation and the plan which is taken by them are not good for health of its employees. Second thing, Motivation is to motivate someone so that he/she can achieve their goals on time by giving incentives,bonus and so on. This is not the right way to motivate someone. Employees can file the case against organisation for not to showing right path to its human resource.
