Q3.Give five arguments against democracy.

Dear student,

Democracy is a political system in which citizens exert power directly, or elect representatives from among themselves, including a parliament, to serve the people. It’s also known as the law of majority and the control can’t be inherited here. People select their leaders. Representatives engage in an election and their members are chosen by the voters.

Arguments against democracy are listed below.

  • Changes in leaders contribute to instability.
  • Just political conflict, no place for morality.
  • Consulting more individuals contributes to delays.
  • Ordinary people are unaware of what’s good for them.
  • Contributes to corruption.
Regards!
