as we are taking out the 25 % of the dimer molecules so i i.e. vant hoff factor will decrease and
Mobs=M/i as our i is decreasing so our Mobs will increase which is our 2nd option average molar mass of the solute increases
and i has only effect on delta Tb and delta Tf so there will be no change in boiling point and freezing point.
