Because the slaves and servants are like das and they do not have rightto say anything about them the rulers are very kind so their order is better for the slaves and servants and the order of the ruler should be followed by everyone

SLAVES WERE ILL TREATED BECAUSE PEOPLE THOUGHT THAT THEY ARE OF LOWER CASTES, HENCE THEY DO NOT DESERVE ENOUGH IMPORTANCE. YES THE ORDER OF THE EMPEROR MUST HAVE CHANGED IT
